Capital Gains Tax

All gold and silver coins offered by Harrington & Byrne that are from the United Kingdom and originally produced by The Royal Mint will be free from Capital Gains Tax due to their status as British Legal Tender.  This includes all British Sovereign and Britannia coins in all sizes after 1837.  Where this is applicable on the Harrington & Byrne website you will see a CGT Free symbol.
